What Next:
You will imminently receive a notification from Cycle Events confirming your seeding; your race number and start time.
Please collect your Race Pack from one of the following event registration venues:

1. Cycle Lab Lynnwood from 09h00 to 17h00 on Thursday 17^th
2. Cycle Lab Fourways on Friday 18^th February from 09h00 to 17h00; or
3. Cycle Lab Boksburg Saturday 19^th from 09h00 to 14h00.

Please produce proof of Covid Vaccination. For those without a vaccine certificate – please collect at Boksburg ONLY and produce a valid negative PCR test result less than 48 hours old or have a rapid test at Cycle Lab Boksburg at a cost of R150 for your account – credit card payment only.

At registration you will also receive a free event branded mask and a water bottle and a R50 voucher from Cycle Lab via SMS. Please find a voucher attached to this correspondence redeemable by appointment for a free Eye Test at Vision Works Optometrists.

Finally, take advantage of the superb online discount being offered by Livall on their smart cycling helmet range – these have a built-in electronic rear taillight and indicators in the rear of the helmet. Safety first, as we head into the winter months!

Abundant and safe parking is available inside the stadium grounds.  

Please note that this is a Covid compliant event. Keep your mask on until you reach the start line. There will be no race village, food sales, beer or hospitality tent, but coffee and snacks will be on sale. Once finished, please roll through, collect your medal and a drink and proceed to your vehicle. Your results will be posted on the RaceTec website.

Vaccine compliant late entries will be taken at all registration points.

Lucky draw prize winners will receive their prizes at registration.

Prizes, amongst many others, include a 7-day Holiday for two at Michamvi Sunset Bay Resort in Zanzibar, a Venter trailer with bike rack, a Sealy Queen Bedset, accommodation vouchers, meal vouchers, sunglasses et al – prizes totalling R100k. Pre- ordered Velotex event apparel will be available at registration.    

Through the voluntary donation draw you have contributed to an amount in excess of R19 000 being raised. This amount will be matched by the Dis-Chem Foundation. We thank you for your generosity. These funds will enable children from needy families to undergo preliminary testing to identify the gene mistake causing their retinal vision loss – this being a pre-requisite for inclusion in gene specific clinical trials and ensuing treatments.
