Anton van Rooyen
Anton van Rooyen, originally a professional musician, has been affected by Stargardt Disease since the age of 12.
He has been involved with Retina South Africa since the early 1980’s and currently serves on the National Management Committee as well as being Vice chairman of the East Cape branch.
His company, Sight Seekers, assesses and consults on the needs of visually impaired people and supplies assistive solutions to empower and improve the lives of affected individuals. Anton is the ultimate go-to person when you need advice on any electronic assistive devices and programs. He is a master of the iphone.
