Kgosietsile Mmoloke

My name is Kgosietsile Mmoloke a 30-year-old man, who is married with 3 daughters. I was diagnosed with Cone Rod Dystrophy of both eyes in 2015.

This resulted in me being boarded from my previous job, but it was an opportunity for me to study towards an MBA as a way of diversifying my skill set and preparing me for my entrepreneurial journey.

I currently work as a Change Manager at Tetris and run a start-up contract mining company called Ludi Mining Services, which aims to bridge the gap that exists in the representation of persons living with disabilities in the mining industry.

I am excited about being part of the Retina SA youth portfolio and I am looking forward to coming up with solutions to the challenges that our youth face in the current climate.
