Alani Ferreira
Hi I am Alani Ferreira (22) and I am from Pietermaritzburg, KZN. I was diagnosed with Stargardts Macular Dystrophy at age 12 after noticing delays when playing tennis and trouble sight reading the piano.

Kgosietsile Mmoloke
My name is Kgosietsile Mmoloke a 30-year-old man, who is married with 3 daughters.
I was diagnosed with Cone Rod Dystrophy of both eyes in 2015.

Anoop Narotam
I am Dr Anoop Narotam (31) and living happily with my lovely wife on the East Rand of Johannesburg. I have known ophthalmologists for as long as I remember, being diagnosed with Stargardt’s Macular Dystrophy from a very young age.

Samantha Daniels
My name is Samantha Daniels and I reside in Cape Town, Western Cape.
I am a mother of 3 brave children and I have a genetic eye condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP), which I was diagnosed with at age 4.
